Southview Commerce Center is a $105 million redevelopment of a former golf course into a 148-acre industrial campus. Once complete, the site will contain 5 buildings totaling more than 2 million square-feet.
LOCATION: Belton, Missouri

Chewy, Inc., an online pet retailer, will occupy one of the buildings with an 800,000 square-foot fulfillment center. Terracon performed a geotechnical site exploration, geotechnical engineering recommendations, and materials testing and inspection services for the initial site development and addition of Buildings #1-3, to date.
