Due to significant success, Garmin expanded its corporate headquarters in collaboration with McCownGordon.
CLIENT: Garmin | LOCATION: Olathe, Kansas
The expansion seeks to create environments that foster innovation and embody qualities of a global leader—enhancing spaces that reflect the superior products Garmin makes and all the areas they operate. The team completed the multi-phased, $200 million project that included a parking garage, warehouse/manufacturing facility, office space, and associated site work and landscaping.
